Prominently situated at the corner of Market Street and Octavia Boulevard, this iconic building is a gateway to San Francisco for visitors arriving via the 101 freeway.  Its award-winning design embodies the City's distinctive character, blending innovation with tradition, by mirroring the classic architecture across Octavia Boulevard and introducing new modern forms.

Its 47 sophisticated city residences are arranged around light-filled interior courtyards, providing serene garden views.  Upper floors enjoy dynamic vistas of the City and its surroundings.  Exterior louvres enable residents to modulate sunlight in their units to respond to variations in temperature, creating a kinetic rhythm on the building skin, and increasing energy efficiency.
